Power GirlThe fight with Circe was a hard one, but Powergirl had to stop her evil plan to double Wisconsin's dairy output. Powergirl managed to defeat her, yet as she escaped Circe cast one last spell. She might not have gotten all of Wisconsin but Circe still considers it a win. Strangely enough so does Powergirl. |

StarfishHer step father had warned Courtney to take care of the Cosmic Convertor Belt. But after receiving the Cosmic Rod from Jack Knight (the former Starman), she let the Belt's care go to the wayside. As she was helping out the Justice Society with an emergency in Atlantis, some salt water shorted out the belt, changing her to fit the environment. Story by Noah Body |

Close EncounterThe Oom knew their race was dying. The only hope was to send out probes to try and preserve their race. One little probe searched for millenia until it finally found a small blue-green planet. Coming in closer, it found the race to be of sufficient intelligence and biochemistry to accept the genetic data. Neil was enjoying his nightly walk through the park. The night air, the smell of the freshly cut grass always brightened his spirits. But there was something different this time. He kept catching a flash of light out of the corner of his eye. And then there was a flash of something else. Neil felt his clothing dissolve and his internal organs readjusting themselves. His bones bent and fused in ways he had never seen before. A scream erupted from Neil as he felt his spine grow, forming a tail. Neil was now more than he was. He... no... She knew that she was the first of the rebirth of the long dead race.
